Interact earned the right to publish the book to accompany the series. It persuaded
former Match managing editor and World Cup regular Chris Hunt to come in as author
and work with the BBC and turn the mass of material and footage into the best World

re-published for 2010 with a final chapter on the 2006 World Cup.
